Child self esteem When come to coaching your child in their study, I learnt not to compare one child to another. (Their siblings) Perhaps what we wanted is to motivate our child by telling him or her that why they sibling can do better, and so they should put in more effort too. However this method may have a reverse effect on the weaker child.
